I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Birmingham, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
Group interview consisting of various tasks: chat with the person next to you and then introduce them to everyone; choose a specific gift for someone within a set budget; take a given item and describe its benefits as if you were selling it to someone.
The process was fun and lively and enjoyable.
They also want to know about your availability and you have to fill in a sheet of hours that you can work. Contracts are only 8 hours a week, with overtime available.

Easy! Everyone was so friendly. Applied online and was called for an in person interview within the week. Appreciated that it felt like they weren’t wasting my time by dragging on the provess
I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (London, England) in Feb 2025
Interview
This was a group interview for the store in London. We were put into small groups, I was lucky that everyone in the group was very friendly. So we were able to bounce off each other. It wasn't an overly competitive environment.
