Initially, a recruiter reached out to me via email. We were able to secure the first interview within 2 days. I went through 3 rounds of interviews with 4 different recruiters via phone over the course of 1 week. Each recruiter I talked to had an appreciation for a genuine personality; they referred to it as a breath of fresh air. I would advise bringing your personality, establishing a conversational tone to take off pressure, and answering the questions confidently as you would with friends.
