Took a month from submitting application to finding out I had a group interview, with 2 days notice. The interview was only 30 minutes long with the 4 candidates each asked 2 questions in turn. I understand why they do the group interviews (there were 500 applicants for the role) but it doesn't seem a realistic way of interviewing, not everyone got the same amount of time to talk!
