Had a phone screening for a summer internship. Interviewer asked the general interview questions like "tell me about yourself, why Disney, strengths and weaknesses etc. I was prepared and answered questions accordingly. Interviewer was incredibly nice. Positive experience though I haven't heard back or seen any changes on my online dashboard yet.

Interview went through multiple processes, over zoom with one of their HR directors. The interviewee in question was kind, but did not seem interested much in the actual person they were interviewing. Felt quite generic in the questions, and not personable.
