Initial screen call with the recruiter that went super well. She outlined the next phases of the interviewing process so I felt good, until randomly 2 weeks later I got a rejection email. No clarification as to what went wrong and I don’t believe it was an issue with my interview because that all went super well. However the company completely ghosted me after this.
