Random, lottery pretty much. Actual interview was dead simple. Mostly just a vibe check to make sure you aren't a serial killer or some other horrific monstrosity of a person
The interview process was smooth, just be honest and be yourself and you'll pass with flying colors. They will take anyone with a pulse. They have good benefits and ok pay.

In person interview after applying online and following up. Got the Offer at end of interview and accepted. Started a few weeks later after they created my schedule. Generally flexible with your first schedule after interview.
