Structured, situation-based questions, based on core competencies, such as use of judgment, ethics, influence and communicate, etc...."tell me a time when you had to use effective judgment..." etc. If it's an hourly job you're interviewing for, then You will sit with an hourly manager first, and if they like you, then you get moved on to a salaried manager usually same day, within minutes of each other. Generally it will be the hourly supervisor that will manage you directly, and the assistant manager over that entire area. If it is salaried you are after, then it differs. If it's asset protection manager, you will sit with the Store manager and your market asset protection manager usually together. Be prepared for that. If it is separate, then generally you will sit with SM first, and then SM and market asset protection manager together in a different day. If that happens, be prepared with some different responses so the SM doesn't hear them again and you don't look like a robot.
