Arrived early took about 30 min. Conversation with the manager about how available I will be and what is expected during the job. The conversation then went into more of what the job was like day to day

Tell us about yourself and what experience you have.
In person, met with shift manager. Overall the process was straight forward. I took a test on a PC. The questions were exactly as you would expect they might be. No surprises.
Met with local hiring managers and answered basic interview questions consistent with job role and responsibilities. Interview experience was pleasant and close to what was expected. Treatment was fair and respectful.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
They had me sit on a black leather couch and talk into a camera about my life experience. It was a fun interview. I declined the offer so I could interview again.
