Panel interview over a zoom call with 2 different store managers. They explained the position and asked me questions about my previous work experience. They asked me basic questions on how I would deal with specific situations.
Great interview no problems, easy process on application, can apply for multiple jobs at a time on the website, overall not a bad experience at all not sure what they are looking for though

Phone screening - interview with SM - interview with HR & DM
Process was drawn out much longer than expected and following interview, told I would be contacted once interviews were completed. Attempted to follow up multiple times and got an email over a month after the final interview stating "my offer has been rescinded". Not sure what offer because I never heard back. Poor communication
Pretty fast paced, various questions about current role, obstacles, and accomplishments. Store manager gave ideas on how to get promoted faster like which team lead roles would give me better experience.
