Applied on-line. Got a call from the Wal-Mart DC at Los Lunas, NM. The interview a 3-on-1. 9 difficult questions on a STAR behavioral and analytical format were asked.

Question 1
Did you education grow at work? Tell us why- how did your education helped others? A simple "no" or "yes" is not good enough. And then they asked questions about drugs...
The interview will be you with 3 members of management interviewing you. They will have you tell them about yourself, and work history. You’ll read over the job description and then begin to be asked 4-8 questions based on your assessment.

Tell me about a time you’ve had to use data and metrics to make a decision at work. What was it and what was the outcome.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Houston, TX)
Interview
It'll be up to 3 managers, with each manager asking you series of questions with taking turns to answer them. The questions are pretty generic and its hard to show much about yourself with what is given.
Panel style, interview with facility senior leadership. They asked fairly generic questions, you could tell they were not really use to that style of interviewing since the majority of leadership that is hired, is promoted from within. There were not looking for the STAR method but that is how I answered most of my questions.
After the initial interview I came back for a final interview where they basically told me I got the job.
