Interview
When called you will be interviewed two-three times that day by an hourly supervisor and then a manager These questions are based on your answers form the data you gave Walmart when you applied. if both of these go well then you are sent for a drug test if this is clean then you will be called for your orientation date.

What will your reference say about you as a worker. This caught me off guard.
the interview process was straight forward..basic questions about scenarios, what i bring to the table. Overall, the questions were HR like questions that try to gauge your experience, skillset and willingness to learn.
Interviewer was a nice person. It was not very challenging or stressful to get through the interview. I felt confident in my interview that I would be considered for the job.
Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
