Was asked about my resume and why I haven't been on job long. I states that they were mostly seasonal jobs. Walmart was mostly hiring on the spot because 4 new neighborhood markets were about to be built in Monroe, LA. Therefore walmart brought a lot of good jobs to the city.
Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

How can I contribute to the overall success of my team?
The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.

I am supposed to receive an email tomorrow about next steps.
Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
