Interview
Standard online psych Eval questions on the application, 4 days later I got a call from HR setting up the 1st interview. talked to the Electronics Dept manager, the Asst manager over Electronics and then a Co Manager. they said they will call me to set up a 2nd interview, and they called later that day.
2nd interview i talked to the the Asst manager again, then HR gave me the job offer. 24 hrs to take a drugs test then orientation a week later i had the job.

Interview
Super easy and casual. Asked my availability and previous work experience and then just explained the job to me. Took about ten minutes, just be available and agreeable and you’ll get it.
Easy, it was like one question that was related to my customer service experience and knowledge. Basically, it was confirming that you are a functioning human capable of helping customers.
Sat there was asked questions interviewer wasn't really interested in what I had to say and wrote out what they wanted to hear and offered the position on the spot
