Easy and comfortable. Recruiter was easy and enjoyable to talk to. Pretty standard questions about prior work experience, skills necessary for the role, salary requirements and relocation mandate. One of the easier interviews I've experienced.

Very clunky with minimal interaction from the recruiter. Took nearly 20 days after initial interaction to have an interview. She mentioned what they were looking for and I checked every box very well. Was excited about the process. Interview was straight forward - 2 on 1 panel. Asked various scenario based questions. Didn't hear back for nearly 10 days. Reached out. Got a response back from the recruiters backup saying that they decided to go another route without any further information. Very unimpressed by their interview process for this level. I expected more or at least some feedback. Lack of communication. Lack of opportunities to meet with people. Just overall a sad process, unfortunately as I was committed to relocate if necessary.
