I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walmart Global Tech (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process consisted of 5 rounds. The first being a 1 hour coding challenge. The second round was a leadership/behavioral interview. The 3rd round consisted of a system design question. The 4th round was a more advanced coding interview with some technical questions. The 5th round was one final coding interview. One problem I had with the whole process was that the interviewers didn't know which position I was applying for and where I currently stood in the interview process. It was all disorganized in a sense.

Interview
I passed all the interviews only to be told at the end that they didn't have the budget. It took about 2 months. It was probably delayed because of budgeting issues.
