First round was a zoom video call, where the interviewer asked me to turn on my camera but did not turn on theirs. The interviewer seemed to have very little work experience and even less experience interviewing candidates. They asked me questions that seemed quite unrelated to the actual job description and blatantly refused to nudge me in the right direction when I got stuck on a problem. The experience overall was quite uncomfortable, I feel like it the interviewers attitude took a hit on my confidence. Just bad luck I guess. The interviewer also refused to give me a feedback which would have helped me improve and immediately rejected me.
