Interview lesson observation, short interview afterwards. Did not take much time. In at 8:30, out by 11 am. typical teaching interviews, safeguarding, role of a teacher. Interview lesson with a KS3 class, lovely kids.

Casual and relaxed, asked simple questions about why I want the job and what skills I have. Short interview with 2 employers who were very friendly and helpful during the process.
