Responded to an online ad and was contacted within a day. Answered a few email questions and then scheduled an Online discussion. It was a straight forward Video interview with a hiring manager in China. Total of about 30 minutes and was relaxed and enjoyable with lots of talk about Life in China.
Very easy and relaxed atmosphere, just be yourself and share experiences. The interview was done in about 30 minutes. I didnt feel under pressure. I felt at home. Great experience overall.
They asked candidates about teaching experience with classroom management. Two phases of the interview process (hr and user, and manager). Took less than a month before they offered the job.

Very nice and pleasant interview, questions related to whether I am ok with how the school functions such as working hours, contract length, activities. School and all conditions were well explained.
