There was an online interview for the first round and face to face for the second round in the office. Good communication throughout the recruitment process, and was quick to provide an offer.

The conversation flowed naturally, covering various aspects of my background and the potential role. Their approach made the entire process feel more like a collaborative discussion rather than a formal interview, which greatly put me at ease and allowed me to express myself more freely. Overall, it was a smooth and encouraging experience that left a positive impression on me.

Interview
First, I submitted my resume, and I received a response within a week. The next stage was a video interview, where the interviewer communicated with me about my interview time. During the interview, I answered some basic questions, including introducing myself, explaining why I wanted to join, and discussing my availability to work. The interviewer was friendly, and the entire interview process went smoothly. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an offer.
