WJA Design Collaborative interview questions

We discussed my background for the position and how it would fit in with their experience. Throughout the interview, the firm kept discussing how they wanted someone with extensive experience such as myself. because they insisted they did want to have to train anyone. The firm kept insisting the firm never laid people off. The firm was upset because I had plan review experience due to the Great Recession where everyone was struggling for a position. Age discrimination exists at this firm because tI was rejected because the firm "wanted to hire someone more junior". This is ironic because the interviewer was much older than me. The interview was a complete waste of my time. I can only imagine what it would be like to work there - which is awful if my interview was any indication.
