First, I had to do a design challenge without any compensation. After sending them complete designs in CAD, I had a virtual interview with the CEO, who rescheduled last minute. Then, the CEO flaked and ghosted at the rescheduled time with zero explanation. Not a very respectful candidate experience.
Had to complete a 3D modeling project to demonstrate skills and send it within 2 days and then followed up with a virtual interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Interview process was quick and easy.
