No process. just show up and they will put you in the venue to work with no pre screening of ANY kind. They hire anyone. But if you are not friend or family, advancement is near impossible.

simple. they don't seem to check backgrounds, what method of transportation do you use, immediate hire if a manager knows you, don't really need thirty words but adding this on anyway.
