Skipe call. At the time i was in italy after an experience in middle east and i got first an email from the office then an invitation for a skipe interview. The whole process took few weeks and it was quite easy and friendly.

My employer asked me some information about my background and education and by looking at my portfolio he asked me what was my role in the projects. Then he asked me about my knowledge of parametric software and what would have been my contribute towards big scale projects.
