The interview process took about 2 weeks. I was contacted by the hiring manager by email and we set up a phone interview. Phone interview took about 30 minutes with basic HR questions. I was then invited to an on-site interview with the hiring manager and manager of the Quality department. This interview consisted of some technical questions, my background, and why I'd be a good fit for the job. I was then invited for a third interview, this time with the manager and the quality control techs. This interview consisted of some technical questions and behavioral questions. Overall, I was very pleased with the process. The interviewers were very welcoming and the environment was very relaxed.
