The interview process starts with a role for Data Analytics Engineer (DAE), where the first stage involves a simple SQL coding test. The take-home assignment is to write a report related to Google Analytics, designing a pipeline from the data to the dashboard, culminating in a 30-minute presentation. The first 10 minutes of the presentation should be in English, and the remainder can be in Chinese.
The second stage is a report presentation, after which the Data Engineer (DE) and DAE managers will determine whether the candidate's experience is a better fit for either team, followed by an interview focusing on the resume. The final stage is conducted by the Chief Data Officer (CDO) and mainly involves a behavioral interview.
