First round will have some technical real estate questions, will ask questions to hear how you problem solve / defend your answers. Second round case study, will have to defend that as well.

Applied on Indeed.com, HR/Office manager set up a call with a hiring manager. We spoke for 30 mins or so and barely got into details of the role. Hiring manager lacked interest in the conversation, seemingly from the very start.
