I recently interviewed with this company and had a disappointing experience. I went through two rounds of interviews, invested significant time preparing, and received positive signals during the process. However, after the final round, there was no communication at all—no update, no feedback, and no response to follow-ups.
Ghosting candidates after multiple interview rounds reflects poorly on a company’s professionalism and respect for applicants’ time. A simple rejection or update would have been appreciated.
I would encourage the hiring team to improve their communication process and candidate experience. Until then, candidates should be aware of this behavior when considering opportunities here.
