Interview
I received online test link from Volkswagen through Naukri.
I had given the test . Questions were average and I cleared the test.
Then I got a call for 1st Technical Round of interview and the interviewer was pretty nice to me and asked both basic and advanced java questions. I cleared this round.
Then I got call for 2nd Technical Round and this time also the interview went well, It was totally focused on TDD, the interviewer was very polite and nice, It was one of best interview of my life. I cleared this round too.
Next I got call for Managerial Round and surprisingly it was a pure technical round again, This round was only about SpringBoot, SpringBoot and SpringBoot which was not the case in the previous interview rounds and this time even i don't liked the behaviour of the interviewer, he seems to be rude.
It was all good till 2nd Technical Round of interview, but after 3rd round of managerial cum technical interview i can say that company is not looking for a logical person with good Java skills instead they were looking for a person who knows each and every annotation of springboot with minimal or no Java knowledge.
According to the managerial round interviewer Springboot is the hardest framework avaialable and it cannot be learned quickly if you are very much good in Java.

They have 2 rounds of interview. Which can both be technical or one technical and other managerial. Post clearing of both the rounds there is HR discussion. Technical rounds primarily focusses on tech stack and coding challenge in your preferred language.

Moderate questions related to java 8 spring and multithreading raabitmq git and sql and mongodb and mostly the core java concepts are covered along with the scenario based question it was quite easy second round was tough and then managerial round scenario based question

I was contacted through a recruiting agency and the interview process was going for 3-4 weeks. There were 2 rounds of technical interviews. The HRs are not that much professional in my view.

Question 1
1st round was in depth interview. The interviewer was too good and asked a lot of questions related to Java, Multithreading, Spring security, Spring Boot, Microservices and coding questions related to Stream APIs.
In the 2nd round of technical interview, the interviewer seemed less interested to take the interview, she asked me about my project architecture and asked me to write multiple programming questions.
