The interviewer didn't knew how interview are taken and simply wasted time on discussing one point. The interviewer did not understood the thought process and kept asking for clarification. The attitude was unprofessional and rude and if company is looking to hire best candidates then they must know how interviews are managed. Skills and thought process was not discussed at all and scenario based questions were too not asked. This was a complete waste of time. I don't think management has any leadership qualities to manage team and lead business.
