I applied through a staffing agency, some behavioural questions about my experience in several .NET technologies, and some success stories, I felt very comfortable, the questions gone very fluent, followed by 2 technical tests in the second round, a front-end and back-end; I had 2-3 hours in each one. Those test were easy, but they required some other technologies which I'm not familiar. I would have said no if I had known about these requirements from the beginning.
