The recruitment process for Visa began with an Online Assessment (OA), which comprised four Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) questions. Candidates who successfully cleared this round were shortlisted for the Technical Interview round. The technical interview primarily focused on problem-solving skills, core computer science concepts, and a discussion of my approaches in the OA round. Overall, the process was well-structured and aimed at evaluating both coding proficiency and fundamental technical knowledge.
