Fairly straightforward. Begins with an HR screening, followed by an assessment, and finally the final interview with the hiring manager.

Relatively easy. Nothing too technical, mostly some behavioral questions. But you would need to understand what visa does and how it operates in detail. There are a lot of resources on the web, with visa youtube videos being particularly useful to learn about the business.
