A very basic interview process. You sit in a room with an interviewer, who also happens to be a floor manager. They ask you what you know about Visa as a company and what they do. They ask about any previous experience and what you might do to establish rapport with a customer. Not a tough interview at all.

The interview process was structured and professional. The interviewer asked relevant questions, listened carefully, and provided clear explanations about the role and expectations. Overall, it was a positive experience even though I didn't get an offer.
