It was a screening process but had a lot of behavior questions. Not easy but friendly and I enjoyed it much. I got the interview request two days after submitting the application and had an interview after one week.

Interview
30-minute Zoom sessions, typical share/answer questions/ask questions scenario. Back and forth in a cordial setting including a chance for me to ask 1-3 questions in each interview session. People included hiring manager, another of similar rank, two people at my level, one from another area of the company.
The Interview process was highly efficient, fast, transparent, and trustworthy. The Interviews were scheduled from week to week, and were exclusively held at leadership level. Interviews were qualitative, guided by Visa’s leadership principles, and included a case study.
