I applied for their internship program in summer 2013. Got called for an interview a few weeks after. No online reasoning test involved in the process, and there is only 1 interview by the hiring manager, mostly behavioral and competency questions, and 'walk me through your resume' kind of questions.

How would you handle working with difficult people in the team?
Asked whole software engineering concepts like SDLC and testing etc .
And some behavioural questions . No DSA asked and and no data structures question because the role was for software development

Given a hackerrank assessment, 3 exercises (2 leetcode easy, 1 leetcode medium). Solved 2 exercises, for the third got through half of the tests. Got an email the same day, application rejected.
