Got an Interview through a vendor for contract position. One phone interview and then onsite full day interview. Questions were around Selenium, Java, TestNG, Complex SQL, Unix, general QA approaches, logical questions

Basic questions on Selenium, TestNG, Complex SQL questions giving some scenarios, QA test plan and approaches, mid level unix shell scripting
The OA consisted of 3 HackerRank coding questions, mostly LeetCode easy-to-medium level. The allotted time was sufficient, and candidates with strong problem-solving skills should be able to complete all questions comfortably.
The Interview experience was easy and welcoming and the interviewer seemed interested , the interviewer gave time and attention after questions were asked . The question lineup were not long and dragged out.

Interview
A straightforward process with three stages: HR screening, a hiring manager interview, and a panel interview. Clear and well-structured overall, though I got the impression that candidate selection may not have been entirely free of racial bias.
