Applied for application support role in Austin location, got email from HR asking basic Qs, then scheduled the hiring manager interview. Hiring manager explains the role, asks our background. And that's it. No response ever received after that.
Went through the above cycle for 6 similar roles across Visa company locations.
Never saw a company that is doing interviews only for wasting time. I guess they have jobs opened for US GC labor market test, for which they are forced to do interviews but don't recruit as the candidate is already present in the company.
Take my advice: NEVER APPLY TO VISA COMPANY!
