Virtually Imperative interview questions

We had a pleasant conversation about my experience and the job details. She outlined the next steps in the process and made it seem like I'd be sent the work exercise, but never followed up. If you ask a candidate to take time out of their day for an interview, you should at least have the courtesy to follow up, even if it's to say "we're no longer moving forward," instead of ghosting them.
