Vague job posting for the position. After you apply they require you to do a culture assessment, a cognitive assessment, and record a 2 min introduction. All this before you even talk to somebody to see if the job is a good fit. Based on the job posting and the pre requirements before an actual interview, it seems they are not sure what they are even looking for in a candidate and instead are relying on these assessments to make the choice for them. All of this is a red flag and the tests are completely irrelevant to the job and since this is all done at once before talking to anybody, you don’t know if you got rejected because of a test, your resume or just because they didn’t like the way you looked on your video recording. I will say they are quick to give you a response which is why I didn’t rate it as a negative experience.
