A series of interviews that started with going broadly over the role and fit, then a deep dive regarding your personality, a more process oriented interview and then a case study presentation. Interviews asked deeply personal questions that upon reflection seemed borderline unethical to ask, like about childhood trauma. After a month of interviews was ghosted and given no insight into why I was not selected.
