Interview
There were 3 stages: Initial Screening call with recruiter, interview with an manager, interview with an AE and a final panel/presentation with senior staff. The interview process was good, it moved fast and everyone was professional and lovely.

Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews, but was meant to have 2 instead.
The first round, the interviewer was MIA for 15 minutes before a recruiter apologetically turned up to re-arrange. That was fine as life happens but a word of warning would have helped.
The second interview ended up being late again by around 5 minutes. I had a bad inclining then but continued with the process.
The third interview, I spoke to the Hiring Manager who was late once again by 3 minutes. I am aware that this is a minor issue being just a couple of minutes, but it tells me volumes about the culture since punctuality is never adhered to. Hoping that the team can work on their punctuality issues.
