Vertical Future interview questions

Applied online, founder messaged asking me to create a 3 minute video application and send it to him. Didn't hear back for 2 weeks, emailed asking if it had been received ok - no response. I messaged the founder on LinkedIn after a month asking what was happening with my application - again no response. 3 days later he posted about their new 'Digital Marketing Manager'. Really poor candidate experience, Vertical Future didn't even have the decency to reply to people who had bothered to script, film and edit a video for them. I wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their time applying.
