It was fine, they asked some questions about my experience and I answered them. It was not really that hard, but they had some decent questions too. Not too bad.

I applied online. I interviewed at Verse in Aug 2020
Interview
I had such a great experience interviewing with Verse and would recommend this company to anyone interested in joining a growing sales team. All of the employees I interacted with had great energy and were so kind and helpful.
I worked primarily with Hillary during the formal interview process, and have nothing but glowing reviews. She was straightforward, transparent, responsive and genuinely more than happy to answer all of my myriad questions.
I only did not accept the offer because of a different opportunity that I could not refuse, but I even referred my boyfriend to apply here if that says anything about my feelings towards Verse!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview was very much structured around the opening question "tell us about yourself and your previous experience". What I really liked about the interview process is that it was very conversational and was not transactional or intimidating. Hillary was very easy to talk to, and asked applicable questions that were simply meant to provide more information on my qualifications, and not at all intended to trip me up or catch me by surprise.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Verse (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2020
Interview
I saw that they were hiring via a LinkedIn post from a connection. I reached out, sent my resume over, and scheduled a video interview with the Sales Manager. Then I got into a second interview with the Director of Sales.
