Five interviews (HR, hiring manager, panel and CMO). Subject matter relevant questions focused on role and past pain points. Standard and fair. Interviewers are smart, but kind. There were no trick questions and substance was preferred over fluff. Interviewers asked follow-up items when they wanted me to expand.
