I was initially interviewed by the Global HR Team, which was an opportunity to find out more about the organisation and the role, and also to tell them about myself and my experience.
The second interview was with the hiring manager, it was informal and relaxed with questions about my previous experience, how I would respond to specific situations or scenarios, their requirements for candidates and my expectations of the role.
The third interview was in two parts. The first part with Senior Members of the Product Team with structured questions about competencies as well my experience. It was more formal, but not uncomfortable. The second part included members of the Development Team, who asked questions about my ways of working and experience in Product Development.
Overall everyone at Veracross was very friendly and the interviews were a positive experience.
