The interview process was casual, clear, and effective. They gave me a tour of the building, and then gave me a set of interview questions to take notes on for ten minutes before they came back to interview me.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a short, simple phone screen followed by an invitation to interview in person with a small panel. The phone screen asked very basic questions - how I found the position, my background and why I'm the best fit for the position. The in person interview lasted about one hour. It included a tour which was super nice and helped me relax. That was followed by time to look at the questions (also super nice!). Questions were pretty average in difficulty and the panel went round-robin style through the questions. Everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome!
