Interview
Three part interview, applied online. Received an email the next day to schedule a phone interview. Then was invited to a meet and greet with other potential candidates. Lastly was invited to a formal interview.
The process was straight forward, really liked meeting the managing team outside a work setting. Unfortunately after going though the process I was not offered the position. Sounds like a great company.

Interview
Questions about experience from a young guy who was rude and thought he knew a lot. Brought other sales people in who were just hired and did not know anything to ask, just talked.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Velocity Electronics (Austin, TX) in May 2011
Interview
Fairly simple - they sat me down across from the higher-ups who broke down the daily operations of the company. Explained that this was a sales position that would have a base salary + commissions. The base salary was low; in the 20's.
They also explained that there was a long training time - 6 months in which you would not earn any commissions.
