Applied online and heard back in a week. Was fast tracked through the first 2 interviews. First is “growth session” interview where you mob with 2 other candidates. Second is a “mini mob” interview where you mob with two developers. If you pass the second you are taken on for a day of work with the team. After the second was told I’d hear back at the end of the week, it came and went and I emailed to get a reply saying it would be another week. 2 weeks later I was rejected with no feedback in a generic email. Terrible to just effectively ghost your candidates with no feedback after a month of the process, half of that waiting on an email.
