Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about why I wanted the role, why I wanted to work there, if I know about how AI is used at Veeva. Took time to understand my academic and professional background - that's what the third and fourth interviews were really about. Competent Interviewers.
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
