Initially a screening interview, fairly standard questions about role and your motivations. Then a 1 hour call with the manager, going more into depth about the role, your skills and how you would fit in. Finally, a take home assessment, where you are given 1 week to prepare a presentation to deliver to 3 members of the team.

Question 1
Take home assessment that simulates the type of work you would be doing within the role.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Veeva Systems (London, England)
Interview
The interview process was relatively straightforward, asked generic questions regarding your CV and why you'd want to work at the company (i.e. tell me about yourself, why consulting, why Veeva, etc)
I applied online. I interviewed at Veeva Systems in Dec 2025
Interview
A very positive interview experience. I was kept in the loop with updates and all interviews were arranged promptly at the various stages. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and personable and took a very genuine interest in me. The case study was very stimulating and I enjoyed doing it. Overall a great experience.
(I only rate the interview as difficult as the case study is challenging in a good way - a great way to really demonstrate your understanding of the role and field and show them how you think)
